A new online experience is coming soon

We’re excited to let you know that a new and improved online platform, called MyPension, will be launching in early 2026. If you’re registered for Member Self Service (MSS), we’ll send you an email in February or March when MyPension is ready to explore.

Important: From 14 January 2026, you won’t be able to make changes through MSS. However, you’ll still be able to log in and view your personal information. From 1 February 2026 until MyPension is available, you will not be able to access your pension information online. Once MyPension is available, you will be able to see recent P60s, payslips, Pensions Savings Statements and Remedial Savings Statements. Some historical personal documents currently held on MSS will no longer be available.

If retaining your historical information is important to you, we suggest you start to download and save these documents now. The last date to do this is 31 January 2026.
